Goodbye, 2023! Happy New Year!

One last parting shot…

This was going to be an epic, heavily referenced screed on how horrible 2023 has been for America and the world at large, mostly due to the sheer incompetence, hubris, stupidity and ham-handedness of the O’Biden regime. As I worked on it, it just kept growing…and growing…and growing…and looked to keep growing.

It’d also be likely to get me deplatformed or SWATed by an Alphabet Death Squad, or at the very least gulaged like a J6er. So, let me just summarize:

This administration and its lackeys are a complete and utter failure on every level, and after three years I’m not sure the country can make it to January of 2025. I’m also not confident that, even though he’d clearly get all the honest votes cast in an election, that President Trump will be allowed a second term. The current Regime is too crooked, too deep into their crimes, and too terrified that Trump 47 will do to them exactly what they’ve done to him and his supporters—with good reason.

Globally, Ukraine has been and is a sinkhole of corruption and fail. It’s empowered Putin and Xi, and given them the leverage to pull the global south into the loving, open arms of BRICS-II, where they will shortly be stealing our lunch money on a regular basis.

Gaza is a quagmire that has united the entire Muslim world against Israel and it’s sugar daddy/lackey (that’s US), and has a high potential to boil over into World War Last at any time. It’s also strengthened Tehran, Putin and Xi (see above).

Domestically, we’re living in a bankrupt kleptocratic oligarchy masquerading as a corporatist police state. After COVID, nobody with any sense believes anything this government says, and the economic lies they keep spouting are just one example of this. Inflation is sky-high, wages have contracted for a record 24 months straight, energy and food are all up, up, up, and it’s only going to get worse. Most horrible of all, a record number of (mostly military-age) “migrants” are flooding the southern border, and this Regime isn’t stopping it, they’re encouraging and facilitating it.

Meanwhile, our Congress is about as lame and useless as a broke-leg mule, and there’s no signs of that changing anytime soon.

In conclusion, as we leave 2023 and move into 2024, all I can say it that we’re not only really screwed, we’re really most sincerely screwed.
